What is Cold-Pressed juice?

All our juices are cold-pressed - a method which engages a three-step process of production and extraction. It begins with thoroughly washing our fresh organic produce (fruits, vegetables, roots & herbs); which are then masticated by a high speed, sharp blade to pulverize break down the fibrous whole goods. This pulp is then placed into our commercial-grade hydraulic press (which is about 6 ft tall!), and squeezed between two metal plates which are powered by over 10 tons of pressure. This pressure extracts the juice from the produce, leaving us with dry fiber in the press bag, which means more than 99.9% of the produce’s nutrients are available and ready to be used in the juice we bottle for you.
What we bottle is 100% pure fruit and vegetable juice, with less than 1% fiber remaining, allowing your body to extract the maximum amount of original nutrients from the produce! The moment our juice is in your mouth, your digestive enzymes are able to immediately interpolate the vitamins, nutrients and healing power into your blood stream. Each bottle contains three to five pounds of fresh greens, fruits and vegetables. We add some citrus, spices and healing roots to our blends, but the emphasis of our juice is placed on raw and whole ingredients straight from nature, and delivering nutrients as efficiently as possible.

A labor of love, we press in small-bulk batches each day in-house to ensure quality control and fresh products. We cannot make juices to order except on a specialty pre-ordered basis, ask us about creating your perfect blend!
